That is why STAN and its partners are keeping the party going all the way until the first exams, with even more events for every type of student in the city.

Why StuDay?
Simple! StuDay is one big welcome event for the more than 60,000 Antwerp students. Because you help create a vibrant Antwerp and secure its title as one of the largest student cities in Flanders. That just calls for a party, doesn't it!?
First things first: register for StuDay!
Starting this year, the festival grounds have a maximum capacity of 15,000 visitors. Once the grounds are full, they are full. But don't worry if the grounds do happen to be full. Just wait a moment with your friends at the entrance until space becomes available. That never takes long, as people are constantly leaving.
The city is big and there is so much to experience here that your student days won't be long enough! That's why the Discover zone!
Guided by young live bands shining on stage here thanks to Vi.be, you will discover more about what Antwerp has in store for you: yoga and pilates introductions ? Check! Dancing to a song of your choice? Check! Cultural offerings ? Check! A makeover ? Check it all out! The Discover zone lies at your feet.

Discover
From theatre to film, music, and literature. The offerings are endless! For a solid cultural immersion, you should head to StuDay’s youth culture partners. Stop by the bathroom, the laundry room, the living room, the bedroom, or the kitchen. And no... you won't be doing the dishes here, but you will have to attend creative workshops, play games, and switch off your brain. Come screen print, unleash your inner Mariah Carey with karaoke, or create your own graffiti artwork.
DANCE
Dancing queen or king? Then you need to be at the Dance stage at StuDay! Here, DJs switch so fast that the party doesn't stop for a second! You can show off your best (and worst) dance moves non-stop until 10 PM. Not done dancing after StuDay? Check out the official after parties!
Why stop partying at 10 PM? Check out the vibes flowing at one of these official after parties. Official, because the doors are a little wider and the drinks a little colder upon presentation of your StuDay wristband.

PLAY
Dance hard, play hard. That’s StuDay too! In the Play zone, you and your friends challenge each other to absurd but oh-so-memorable sports and games activities.
And why not take on other clubs in exchange for eternal glory during the Club Challenge?
Meanwhile, DJs encourage you with beats that determine your heart rate: up tempo!

StuDay is the moment to defend your friends' or student club. In the StuDay Club Challenge, 20 teams compete against each other for eternal glory (or at least for a year), the one and only StuDay Club Challenge Trophy, and a nice prize pool.
Want to take things a little easier? Get going or just wind down a bit in the Recharge Zone, the coziest part of the festival grounds. Doing absolutely nothing is possible here! Settle down in a beach chair with some friends and make yourself comfy. The recharge is there for every mood.

Studying in Antwerp is so much more than attending classes and cramming. More than ever, it is about taking care of yourself. CABIN, Psy-net & Sensoa are creating a new balance after all that dancing with their activity in the stretch tent. Come along and take it easy.
ABOUT StuDay & STAN
Since 2004, STAN has organized a welcome party for all Antwerp students on the last Thursday of September. A day entirely dedicated to connection, celebration, and discovery. Everyone is safe and welcome here, regardless of skin color, gender, religion, origin, disability, sexuality, or language.
